I know what you're thinking.

Not another newsletter about how AI is taking all the jobs.

Doom.

Gloom.

Blah, blah, blah.

But here’s the truth: this isn’t that story.

This is not a fear piece - or some clickbaity headline grab.

This is the real story of how AI took my job - and what happened next.

Because the truth is, AI didn’t destroy my business.

It exposed what needed to change.

And then it opened the door to something 10x more aligned with where the world is going - and where I need to go next (both personally and professionally).

Let me take you back for a second.

A few years ago, I quit a high-paying job at a well-known company to go all-in on my own thing.

Honestly?

It was scary.

But I believed there was something more out there for me - more meaningful, more autonomous, more me.

I started writing about what I was learning - mostly out of frustration.

I was building a trading bot for my brother-in-law, and I couldn’t find any decent content online.

So I created it myself.

I turned those lessons into blog posts.

Then, readers asked for videos.

So I made them.

(Badly. Horrible editing. Cringe-worthy pacing... but I showed up anyway.)

Somehow, the channel grew.

Emails rolled in.

People didn’t just want to read the content.

They wanted to hire me.

And that’s when things got fun.

I started building for clients.

Bots.

Strategies.

Backends.

Workflows.

Then, came bigger projects.

I made a few hires, and we were finally feeling like a REAL team.

I'm sure you know what I mean. It was all finally happening.

The business was thriving.

But then, almost overnight, it all evaporated.

Here's what happened:

People stopped asking me to build full systems from scratch.

Instead, I got DMs like:

“Hey mate, I had ChatGPT write most of the code… can you just fix it up?”

The demand wasn’t gone.

But the value had shifted.

And in my model, value was everything.

At the same time, my biggest client pivoted to something that no longer needed my support.

Suddenly, the air was gone from the room.

No sales pipeline.
No cash flow.
No safety net.

AI had changed the rules.

And I felt like I was caught playing the wrong game.

So, yeah - I felt sorry for myself.

I did the rounds. Redundancy, reflection, late night, plenty of staring-at-the-ceiling moments.

But in all of that, something started to emerge:

AI didn’t kill my business.
It just ended the version of it that was never built to survive this new era.

And that opened up space for the version that was.

So I made the decision to rebuild.

To pivot my entire business around AI enablement.

To help others - including you - not just survive this wave, but thrive in it.

You don't need to be chasing every shiny tool.

And your business won't stand out by copying everyone else’s playbook.

This shift starts by understanding what this moment demands:

Clarity.
Strategy.
Courage.

If you’re feeling the shift -

If you’ve watched your offer become less relevant, or your leads dry up, or your value get questioned -

Here’s what I want you to know:

You are not failing.
You are being invited to evolve.

The old way isn’t broken.
It’s just done.

In this video, I share:

• What actually happened when AI replaced my offer - almost overnight
• Why learning to pivot with AI is more important than “using AI”
• How to spot the moment your value is shifting, and what to do about it
• Why reinvention isn’t a setback; it’s a strategy
• How this current AI wave mirrors the early days of Amazon and Netflix
