“Sometimes users lie…” Excellent opening. Perhaps better said, sometimes they actually don’t really know what they want. They just know what they want the product to do. Normally — be easy to use, not be a pain in the butt, tell me useful things and not make me frustrated.
I love that you’ve included analytics into the design process as this is an often missing interaction.
